Holiday Family Adoption in South Florida

Help a Struggling Family in South Florida Have a Memorable Holiday Season.
New this year we will have our family profiles online. Stay tuned for the link coming in mid-November.
A typical kid might ask Dad for the newest iPhone, LeBron sneakers or video game console. Touch A Heart receives a different type of wish list. A young girl asks for pajamas and nothing else. One mother asks for pillows and blankets because her three children are sharing a bed with one pillow. A boy asks for a football and a book. Another mother just wants a pot to be able to cook for her family. These come from the wish lists of the less fortunate families in our area. Touch A Heart’s holiday family adoption program in South Florida is committed to raising funds to support these families during the holidays and throughout the year. The Adopt-A-Family holiday charity program matches up local families in need selected from our partner agencies with a sponsor through Touch A Heart. The sponsors get a profile from their family with a wish list of holiday gifts and household items and provide them with gifts and a holiday meal.
Touch A Heart has been facilitating holiday adoptions for the past 17 years. More families than ever are being submitted for help by our nonprofit partners, and their stories will touch your heart. As an “adopter” you will be matched with a family based on location, nonprofit provider, or a number of family members. Best of all, you get to meet the family you are helping, and share the joy.
